HOW IT WORKS
Momentum is an invite-only, customized executive leadership program that drives growth for your business, team, and self. It’s an initial one-year commitment, with the option to extend. The program includes monthly 1:1 coaching, quarterly peer group meetings and consistent application of our proprietary problem-solving frameworks to identify and solve your most critical bottlenecks.
Participant Criteria
You’re a CRO or CHRO at a rapidly growing company that is late stage ( >$100M ARR) or early stage ($20M -$100M ARR)
You’ve been nominated by a top-tier venture firm, current Momentum member, or CEO
You have a growth mindset and a track record of building winning teams
